In light of the uncertainty faced by healthcare businesses, Calibrater Health has extended their free trial to 90 days.
NEW YORK, N.Y.: Calibrater Health, the leading patient feedback platform for multi-unit businesses, announced today the addition of two new mass texting features to support healthcare personnel on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. These features allow hospitals and urgent care centers to communicate with providers, staff, and patients while reducing transmission.
Healthcare business managers can now use a two-way staff texting feature to make sure critical updates and reminders reach staff and providers. Staff can respond to these messages individually. Communications can be sent via text or as a memo in the Calibrater dashboard, where staff would normally visit to see action items from patient survey feedback.
Calibrater’s second new feature allows businesses to send mass texts and set up auto-reply messages to patients. Early use of this tool has proven highly effective for driving telehealth bookings. In the first week, Calibrater users sent more than 1 million text messages to patients alone, resulting in 4,500+ clicks to telehealth booking pages. The feature can also be used to update patients on the outbreak in their area.
“Two-way staff texting and mass texting to patients are the first features we’ve been working on to support our modern-day heroes working in healthcare,” said Calibrater Health CEO, Tim Dybvig. “It’s our mission to help medical professionals stay safe and healthy while they help those impacted by COVID-19.”
In light of the uncertainty faced by healthcare businesses during the pandemic, Calibrater Health has extended their initial 30-day free trial to 90 days. For customers with DocuTAP, DrChrono, athenahealth, and others, we can have you up and running within a week. For more details, click here.
